RECRUITMENT PROCESS
GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS
All Filipino workers who want to work in a foreign country need to secure an Overseas Employment Certificate from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), a government office under the Department of Labor. No Filipino worker can leave to work in a foreign country without this certificate.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- Client will send the manpower requirements, the required qualifications and the salary and benefits offered.
- Based on this information, we will source for suitable candidates from our database and other sources.
- After shortlisting the candidates, we send the CVs of the selected candidates to the client.
- Interview: Some clients fly to Manila to personally interview the applicants while others settle for a phone or Zoom/Skype interview.
- When the candidates are finally selected, we have them undergo medical examination and gather the required documents for their visa application.
- The employer will then apply for their work permit/visa in the country of destination.

- A copy of the Employer’s Valid Business Registration
- Manpower Request of the foreign employer indicating the position and salary.
- Standard Employment Contract
- Recruitment agreement
- Letter of visa guarantee or work permit
STANDARD TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
- Guaranteed Basic Salary
- Free meals or compensatory meal allowance
- Free housing or compensatory housing allowance
- Free medical insurance card for hospitalization facilities including medicine
- Overtime Pay if worker is required to work beyond normal working hours
- Vacation and sick leave
- Standard contract period is two years
- Worker’s plane ticket to the job site and for his return upon completion of contract shall be shouldered by the employer
FEES AND CHARGES
- Service Fee - We charge a one-time fee equivalent to one month salary for the worker's placement.
- Processing Fee - We charge the amount of US$150 for processing each worker's document.
